You aren’t a one-size-fits-all runner, so why on Earth would you rely on a one-size-fits-all training plan for your next race?
What are YOUR goals for your next race?
Whether you’re running your first marathon or half-marathon, aiming for a new PR, gunning that elusive BQ, or simply wanting to finish injury free and with a smile on your face, your goals are as unique as you are.
And as such, you need a plan as unique as you are to give you your best chance to be successful.
You do want to be successful, right?
That’s what I thought.
How much does it mean to you to successfully hit your running goals?
Or, to put it another way, how much would it suck if you just missed your target on race day?
The difference between success and failure often comes down to the smallest of margins.
Having a proper training plan, designed specifically for YOU and only YOU, can make all the difference between hitting the target and coming up just short.
If you’ve ever come up “just short” of your goals, you know how much that sucks and how disappointed you are for weeks (months?) after the fact.
It’s time to tip the odds in your favor and improve your chances of race day success!
Using a one-size-fits-all training plan isn’t going to give you your best chance at success on race day.
I think we can both agree about that.
Working with a qualified and experienced running coach can definitely solve the problem of relying on a one-size-fits-all plan.
Hiring a coach to work with you one-on-one can be a bit pricey though, and some runners simply don’t have room in the budget for working with a coach.
In this situation, you’re forced to choose between a poor plan that is free or low cost and a quality plan that puts too much strain on the budget.
What if I told you that you can get the best of both worlds?
