Carlee Daub Knows That Coaching Is Not One Size Fits All
Today I am going a few easy miles with Carlee Daub, whose titles include runner, coach, mom, and wife.
As a runner, she enjoys finding and pushing her limits.
As a coach, she helps athletes to find a balance between training hard and recovering properly.
Runners can get the most out of their runs by first knowing the purpose of the run and the why behind it.
Training advice Carlee swears by is, “Whatever you don’t want to do is most likely what you need to do.”
Oftentimes it’s easier to do the workouts that we enjoy doing or to skip strength or recovery
It can be easy to lose sight of the bigger picture and personal goals.
Running with others while beneficial at times can also hold someone back from reaching their potential.
“Just because you can doesn’t mean you should,” holds true when it comes to running certain paces or workouts.
