My wife Rebekah, will be joining me on the show today to help celebrate a big milestone for Diz Runs Radio.
July 1st, 2019 marked 5 years since the first Diz Runs podcast was first aired and to celebrate we will take a little look back and a little look forward to what’s to come.
Today I will be going a few easy miles with Rebekah, the woman behind the scenes and without her, the show wouldn’t be where it is today.
My guest today has experienced a lot of success in running with two Olympic qualifying times, three 2nd place marathon finishes and numerous wins at shorter distances.
Through coaching and the development of a new app this runner turned entrepreneur is doing his best to help runners in the pursuit of their running goals.
I am excited to go a few easy miles with Chris Wehrman as we dive into how this app can help make preparing for some big races a bit easier.
Today I am going a few easy miles with Rhandi Orme.
Along with raising 4 children, Rhandi also makes the time to train for ultra marathons and IronMan triathlons.
As if that weren’t enough, she is also a running coach and is passionate about helping her clients in reaching their goals.

You don’t have to publicly shame yourself today, but it’s worth thinking about all of the times we’ve made excuses to stop us from taking action towards our goals/dreams/desires.
Actions Trump Excuses. Every. Single. Time.
Since I talked to Gary Stotler for the podcast a few weeks ago, I’ve been thinking about some of the parts of his journey.
Remember how he said it took him 18 months to take his first running steps?
18 fricking months! Are you kidding me?
When he got started on his mission to turn his health around, he didn’t waste time making excuses.
Gary started where he was. Read more
