I’m definitely looking forward to getting to work with you and helping you make progress toward your running goals in the coming weeks and months (and years?).

I know that there are a lot of great running coaches out there, and I’m honored that you have chosen to put your faith in me to serve as your coach. It means a lot, and it is an honor that I do not take lightly.

The Next Steps

Now that you’ve signed up and gotten the payment details all squared away, it’s time for me to get to work!

But before I can do that, I need some additional information from you to help me get started with crafting your plan.

I think most of the questions in the form are pretty straightforward, but if you have any questions on anything I’m asking just let me know and we can get it cleared up ASAP.

Once you get your form filled out, let’s jump on the phone so I can get up to speed with you and your training as quickly as we can.

Final Surge is the software that I use for scheduling your workouts. The software is free to use, so if you don’t already have an account you’ll need to create one.
