I can’t believe it!
Seriously y’all, this is the 200th episode of the podcast!
First and foremost, thank you to everyone that has taken the time to come on the show and share their stories. Point blank, there wouldn’t be a podcast if I didn’t have runners to talk to.
So thank you.
Secondly, to all of you guys that listen, leave comments, send tweets, or interact with me in other ways, y’all help me keep going. You keep doing your thing, and I’ll keep pumping out episodes of the podcast.
In today’s show, I’m taking a look at what I mean when I say that the show is about “Running, Life, and Everything In Between”.
And I’m highlighting some of the conversations that really stand out in my mind in each of those categories.

The Facebook group is still small, but it is a great way to connect with fellow runners and foster community amongst like minded individuals. The email group is THE way to stay up to date about future guests on the show, as well as getting some other freebies and offers that aren’t available to anyone else.
If you’ve got questions about either/both, just let me know!
