Erin Freel has Found Success by Setting Big Goals and Doing the Work
Today I’m going a few easy miles with runner and triathlete (and Ironman!) Erin Freel.

Erin has lost over 100 pounds since the start of her running journey, and she’s not planning to slow down anytime soon!

Erin took the journal that she kept throughout her journey and turned it into her book Fat to Fit at 40.
The book chronicles the trial and error that Erin experienced during her weight loss journey.
All of the ups and downs are detailed in the book, and it serves as a reminder that achieving a big goal may not be easy but definitely possible if you just keep making a little bit of progress every day.
