Gary mentioned he came to a point in his life that he considered his breaking point. The point in time where he just had enough of his life the way it was and needed to change. That point is powerful. They call that hitting your bottom in AA (alcoholics anonymous) and other 12 step programs. I think when people have really had enough, they are willing to do anything to make a change. Loved this podcast! Gary is an awesome inspiration to all!
