Joe Pardo is a Full Time Entrepreneur and runDisney Fanatic
Today I am going a few easy miles with Joe Pardo as we discuss all things Disney.

Joe Pardo, Pre-Wine and Dine 2015
Aside from his vast knowledge of Disney races, Joe is also a fellow podcaster, author, speaker, entrepreneur, and family man.
After hearing him on Podcast Junkies recently I knew Super Joe Pardo and I had a lot of topics to cover.
Run Disney
Joe ran sporadically as a teenager but began to be more consistent in 2011.
His first few years running he didn’t sign up for any races, yet he still ran 4-6 miles almost daily.
The Disney Princess Half Marathon in 2013 was his first race.
Since that first half, all but 1 of his races have been Run Disney.
Joe has done a variety of Disney races including, Wine and Dine, Coast to Coast Disney races, and a variety of distances all the way up to the marathon.
Some of the aspects of Disney races that Joe loves are:
- A generous cut off time.
- The people participating are some of the nicest he’s ever met.
- Fun and unique events.
Signing up for a Disney race often happens at least 6-8 months out.
With a large gap between sign up and race day, life can sometimes derail training.
Joe has learned that when going into a race undertrained it’s even more important to listen to your body.

Finding Solutions Through Running
Joe is constantly working on something for his business and brand.
With multiple business ventures come multiple problems to work through.
Running has been away for Joe to get clarity and find solutions to problems.
Over the years he has written 4 books and his podcast has evolved to purely a business podcast.
As an entrepreneur, it hasn’t always been easy to get others to understand his vision.
He can see the dots and how to connect them, but others may not have the same perspective.
It is his mission to empower others to become the best versions of themselves both in business and in life.
