Today I’m going for a round two with Jonathan Levitt, who made his initial appearance on the back in Episode 24.
Since our first run together (over 200 episodes ago!), plenty has changed in Jonathan’s life while plenty has stayed the same.
His answer to the “What is your favorite distance to race and why?” question was almost exactly the same as it was a couple of years ago! When I added a little twist to the question, which I’ve done for most folks that have come back on to the show for a second time, his answer was a bit surprising. (To me at least!)
On today’s run, we play catch up on what has happened to him since our first chat, get a refresher on the November Project, take a look at the possibilities for performance benefits of knowing what’s going on inside your body, and a whole lot more.
Here are Some of the Highlights from My Second Chat with Jonathan Levitt
- What happens when you run a 5k that isn’t 5k
- Not being a big fan of the marathon distance, yet continuing to sign up for and run 26.2
- Lessons learned from running two marathons virtually back to back
- The role of sleep as a recovery tool and legal performance enhancer
- The November Project
- Inside Tracker: Knowing what’s happening inside your body is vitally important to maximizing YOUR output
