Lauren Seserko Knows a Positive Mindset Can Help You Achieve Your Goals
I am going a few easy miles today with my guest Lauren Seserko.

Lauren Seserko
Lauren is a self-proclaimed foodie and science nerd that is also a health and fitness nut.
With so many topics she is passionate about, Lauren shares her knowledge and opinions with the masses through blogging.
From Team Sports to Solo
Lauren identified as a soccer player from a young age.
Her speed was always an asset whether on a soccer field or a basketball court.
During her college years was the first time she wasn’t involved in sports and as a result gained weight.
Post college she started running as a means to lose weight.
She gave herself a goal of running a 5k and within a year she completed her first half marathon.
The running bug had bitten her hard and what originally became a way to lose a couple pounds became something she did for herself.

Boston Bound
In 2013 Lauren ran her first full marathon and from the moment she crossed the finish line she knew she would someday qualify to run Boston.
It took her 3 attempts to get the time needed to be able to run Boston.
Lauren will be running the 2018 Boston Marathon and her goal is to not have a goal.
She wants to be able to soak up the energy and crowds while not worrying about staying at a certain pace.
Breathe Deeply and Smile
Blogging was something that Lauren first started doing after completing her first half marathon.
She benefited so much from reading blogs from others that she wanted to do the same.
What started as race recaps evolved into meeting fellow bloggers who she now considers friends.
Running and blogging have increased her self-confidence in all areas of life.
Even more than the added confidence, it has allowed her to own her “bad-assery.”
