Did You Witness History in the Making?

Last night was a first for me. I put on my first ever live webinar. I spent an hour or so, chatting with runners and answering questions in a very relaxed and laid back environment.

Was it perfect? Hell no!

Was it a success? Absolutely!

It Was Well Worth It

Last night was fricking awesome! I was able to interact with people from all over the country that are wanting to become better runners by answering questions that addressed their specific concerns.

The questions were all over the place, which is exactly what I was hoping would be the case. We covered injury related questions, we covered strength training, we covered race prep, nutrition, and a whole host of other randomness.

In short, it was everything I hoped it would be!

Thank You for Being There!

If you were there last night, thank you! Honestly, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for showing up and giving me someone to talk to. Thank you for being a vital part of the Diz Runs tribe and helping me grow this passion of mine into something bigger than I ever thought it could be.

You have no idea how much it means to me that you were there last night, and I hope you’ll join me again for future webinars. (Side note–future webinars will be MUCH smoother than this one, I promise!)

When is the Next Webinar?

No date has been determined yet, but another one will be coming soon! I’m thinking about 2 weeks from now, but I’ll be sure to keep y’all posted.
