Do you keep a running journal?
I really don’t. For the past few years, my “journal” has been nothing more than a calendar with my mileage written down for each particular day.
So basically, I haven’t kept a journal.
But that’s going to change.
I’ve decided that next year I’m going to keep a better running journal, so I can look back with a bit more accuracy at past workouts and use those experiences to help me improve in the future.
In this video, I’m talking about the reasons I haven’t kept a journal, the quote that is making me rethink my lack of a journal, and the things that a journal can help me (or any of us) overcome.
