Today’s guest is a lady that had a pretty solid 2021 and is carrying that momentum into the new year.

Early in 2021, she launched her podcast, and later that same year she crossed the finish line of the New York City Marathon, which was her first 26.2.

I am excited to have Rik Zortman, a.k.a. the human etch-a-sketch, joining me on the show today.

Rik got his nickname for his ability to use GPS tracking on runs to write words, names, phrases, and even drawings!
