Runners knee is an issue that many runners deal with more often than they would prefer.

In this video, I’m going to address exactly what runners knee is (hint, just because you run and have pain in or around your knee DOESN’T mean you have runners knee), and give you the simple scoop on what actually causes the issue to begin with.

Then, over the next couple of weeks, I’ll give you some tips on how to alleviate the symptoms of runners knee as well as what simple things you can do to prevent the issue in the first place!
