Ryan has an impressive resume to date, including being a multiple time NCAA All-American, leading his college cross country team to a national championship, running for the USA at several world cross country championships, and much more. As a marathoner, his times continue to improve year after year, and his goal is to continue running at a very high level for many years to come.

We had a great conversation and spent time talking about winning team silver at the world XC games, the importance of patience in reaching goals, how to avoid being a flash in the pan as an elite runner, and a whole lot more.
