If you’ve been around for a while, you know I’m a big fan of a new year.

When it comes to setting goals for the new year? The bigger the better.

Point blank, the time to start thinking about your 2023 running goals is now. Read more

QT: Setting Yourself Up for Success in 2021 (and Beyond)

As you may have heard me talk about once or twice, I’m a big fan of setting big goals for myself.

Halfway point of 2015

Don’t Look Now, But It’s Already the Halfway Point of 2015!

Making resolutions/goals in the first week of January is one thing, but looking back on them multiple times throughout the year, gauging progress, and adjusting as necessary is extremely important.

At least if you want to stay on track, meet your goals, and not keep making the same resolutions year after year.

So how am I doing on my goals for 2015? Let’s take a look at where I stand at the halfway point of 2015.
