First and foremost, thanks for taking the time to click over from Jen and Travis’s site to check out my little corner of the world where I talk about “Running, Life, & Everything In Between”.
I’m a bit of a running junkie, but my true area of expertise is treating running injuries and helping runners prevent them. I’m put my experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer to use on myself several times, and through this blog, my podcast, and my YouTube I do everything I can to help other runners experience the joy of running pain free!

Nothing too fancy here, except for one thing.
One of my favorite things that I do monthly is hold a drawing for a free training plan for the race of the winner’s choice.
All you need to do to enter the drawing (and all you have to do is enter once, you’ll be re-entered every month) is click the link on the home page.
