It was an absolute honor for me to be able to present as part of the summit, and I definitely want to thank Trey and Brandon for putting it all together and invite me to participate!

Like I mentioned during my session, completely eliminating the risk of running related injuries is impossible. But there are definitely things that you can do proactively to dramatically reduce the risk of sustaining an injury as a runner.
