Sometimes, A Little Change is a Good Thing

“Progress is Impossible Without Change.”

~George Bernard Shaw

There are so many great quotes about change, and you’ know I’m a sucker for a great quote…

But this one from George Bernard Shaw really stands out to me at the moment, because it reminds me that I need to be open to change if I want to continue to see progress in the different areas of my business.

And in an effort to accelerate said progress, it’s time to make a change.

Time for a Change

What Will Change?

I spend a lot of time creating content.

Like, a lot.

And it’s time to cut back on the volume of content a little bit so I’ll have more time to focus on some of the bigger picture items that will really help me grow my business and take it to the next level.

What does that mean?

It means no more weekly videos or blog posts.

Change is Seldom Easy…

This wasn’t an easy decision, I promise.

But if I’m honest, I don’t have time to create 5 pieces of killer content every week.

So instead of putting out some half-baked posts because “something needs to get posted today”, I’m cutting back and focusing on making the podcast even better.

Also, I’m not finished shooting videos or writing posts either. I’ll still do both of those, likely once each per month, but I just know that if I keep trying to do one of each per week I’m not going to be able to keep growing like I want.

…But It’s Necessary

Thanks for understanding.

I know that at the moment this change is the right thing for me.

And who knows, maybe in the future circumstances will change and I’ll be able to create videos and write more frequently again.

Honestly, I hope that’s the case.

But for now, I need to focus on the podcast and the other avenues of my business to make the progress that I need to make professionally in order to support my family.

And don’t worry, I’ll be singing on YouTube again soon, I promise!

Even when change is necessary, it's not always fun. That said, it's time to make some changes. Click To Tweet

This is a GOOD change!! I’d rather listen to your awesome podcast and read/watch good quality content than have you busting your butt just to put something out there. Cheers to growing your business and embracing change!
