Part of what you get with concierge coaching is me running step-for-step with you on race day.
I’ll worry about the pacing and the strategy, so you can focus on the running!
How does this work if I’m faster than you?
Simple, I’ll be ready to go at your pace when you need me most, assuming you’re targeting a pace I can actually hold for a few miles!
If you want me to keep you in check at the beginning of a race? I’ll throw down and pace you until I blow up.
Need help holding pace at the end of the race? I’ll be on the course, ready and waiting to drive you to the finish line.
Is there an extra cost for this?
Nope. All of my travel/race expenses will be covered by your monthly rate.
Is there a limit to how many races you’ll run with me?
Yes. In general, you’ll have me at your disposal for two races per year.
However, various factors may affect this number (international races, cost of bibs, certain race restrictions, etc.)
Can I change my a la carte add-ons?
You’re never locked in to an a la carte add-on. Feel free to change up your options as you see fit.
How long have you been coaching?
I started coaching runners in 2015, and I’ve been coaching full-time job since 2017.
Are there any specific tools/apps that I’ll need to use if you’re my coach?
I use the Final Surge platform to keep training schedules and other resources organized and accessible.
FS is very user-friendly, both via the browser and their app, so you’ll need to set up an account (which is free) if we are working together. And depending on your preference, you may want to download their app (also free).
What payment options are available?
Typically, I utilize recurring billing via PayPal to handle the financial piece of the puzzle.
Every month PayPal charges your card for as long as we are working together.
If, however, you would rather pay via Venmo, Zelle, or some other means, let me know and we can arrange the details.
Is there a minimum term that I must commit to working with you?
Nope. You can cancel your coaching at any time and for any reason.
How does canceling happen?
It’s simple. All you need to do is log into your PaPal and cancel your recurring monthly payment.
I’ll continue to work with you until your current payment term expires, at which point we will part ways.
