On today’s show, I’m joining Sara Parrish for a few easy miles.
In addition to being a runner, Sara is also a triathlete, a competitive mountain biker, a hockey player, and personal trainer so obviously being physically active is very important to her in all areas of her life.
Her varied interests in the health and fitness world provided plenty of things to talk about during our run today. In addition to talking about the marathon that she’s training for, we also talked about her experience representing Team USA in the world triathlon championships, her worst sports related injury, and a local fitness challenge she is holding at her gym in Missouri.
