No runner wants to be forced to deal with a running related injury, yet recent studies and surveys of runners report that more than half of the running population suffer a running injury annually.
Why is that number so high?
Because running is hard on the body.
However, regular running and pushing your limits doesn’t mean that you’re going to wind up injured at some point provided you train intelligently.
So the question becomes: are you training intelligently?
