A Focus Clear Communication
The more clearly we are able to communicate? The better I can do my job and the more likely you are to be successful.
In the Coterie, maintaining clear communication is a priority.
I check in with each athlete every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to make sure all is well and answer any questions that you have.
Adapting as Needed
Life happens to all of us from time to time.
When it does, a good training plan adapts accordingly.
Moving a run. Adjusting the routine. Tearing it all down and starting from scratch.
From a subtle tweak to a complete overhaul, your plan is never set in stone.
Clear and Concise Race Day Plan
The only thing worse than no plan on race day is one that is overly complicated and difficult to follow.
As race day approaches, we will work together to construct a strategy based on how training has gone and what your goals are.
Typically, the plan will have a few key points and not much else, helping guide without becoming confusing.

As an Atheltic Trainer and Certified Strength and Condition Specialist, exercise science is the foundation of my approach to coaching.
My continuing education is always focused on learning the latest in how our bodies adapt to the demands of running.
Learning more about how the body works is always my priority, and that learning benefits you in how I’m able to serve as your coach.
